CENTURY 21 Team Elite is a full service real estate company, specializing in the marketing and sales of residential, commercial, investment, farmland, and recreational property. We service Trenton, Chillicothe, Princeton, Marceline, Brookfield, Bethany, and surrounding communities.

Our Mission Statement: When people think of real estate, we want them to think CENTURY 21. This is accomplished by developing a team of exceptional real estate agents. This team works together to help each other succeed, while also providing superior service to our clients. The team consists of agents with experience that are open to innovative ideas, and are willing to embrace new technologies. In order for our company to succeed, we must first help our clients and customers succeed.

CENTURY 21 Team Elite has been providing quality real estate services to North Central Missouri for over 20 years. Troy and Cathy Smith established CENTURY 21 Property Shop in Trenton in 1995. In 2000, the office had a name change to CENTURY 21 Smith & Associates to better reflect the importance of our real estate professionals and the quality service they provide. Century 21 Smith & Associates expanded to Chillicothe in 2007 and continues to operate an office in each town. In 2014, Greg Freeman became the managing broker and president of the company. The company changed its name to CENTURY 21 Team Elite in 2019 to reflect the vision of the company’s mission.
